As Program Director for PSCDG, I am privileged to lead transformative initiatives that address critical challenges and create meaningful change within our community. My role encompasses the strategic oversight and implementation of programs that empower individuals and families, offering them the tools and resources needed to achieve stability, resilience, and long-term success. From youth development and substance abuse prevention to mental health counseling and workforce readiness, I ensure that every initiative aligns with PSCDG’s mission to foster equity, opportunity, and empowerment for all.

Collaboration lies at the heart of our approach. I work closely with a dedicated team of professionals, community stakeholders, and partners to identify and address the evolving needs of underserved populations. Together, we design and deliver impactful programs rooted in evidence-based practices that not only meet immediate needs but also pave the way for sustainable growth and progress. Our focus is on providing holistic support, addressing social, economic, and educational barriers that hinder personal and community development.

One of my key priorities is to continually evaluate and refine our efforts to ensure they are as impactful as possible.
