Founded in 2006, the American Institute of Mathematics Teachers’ Circle is the original member of the national Math Teachers’ Circle Network. Math Teachers' Circles (MTCs) bring teachers together with mathematicians in a professional environment for mathematical problem solving. The goals are to engage teachers in thinking deeply about mathematics and to build a community of mathematics professionals dedicated to improving education for all students.

The AIM Math Teachers' Circle holds monthly meetings and summer workshops for Bay Area math teachers interested in exploring accessible, exciting topics in mathematics. Meetings are generally held on the second Tuesday of the month at AIM (San Jose), and the second Thursday of the month at Stanford (Palo Alto).

AIM MTC sessions are free to all math teachers in the Bay Area.

Thank you in advance! Your donation will directly support our community of teachers, math lovers, and problem solvers.
