Founders, Friends and the Power of Community

We began this journey with a passion to grow what we saw emerging in our first school garden - students digging in and thriving when they had space and time in nature.  15 years later, we are half way to our goal of having a well-tended vegetable garden, dynamic nature play spaces and robust year-round lessons for every student in all 53 local public elementary schools.  We are especially grateful for the community of supporters who've put their trust in Ground Education to nurture students in ways that support their academic, physical and emotional health.  Together, we can make nature available to students where they learn and play.  Thank you for continuing to support our work!
