How you can contribute to early childhood teacher and staff well-being:

Teachers' well-being and mental health can significantly affect young children's ability to manage trauma and stress. Educators who are well-supported are better equipped to provide a soothing and stable environment for children, which is crucial for their development and learning.

Addressing teacher and staff well-being requires a holistic and interdisciplinary approach. It is not just about self-care but involves creating supportive work environments, providing health and wellness resources, and ensuring teachers have access to professional development opportunities.
