Infertility is a marathon, not a sprint. To show our support for our community on this journey, six US Fertility physicians will run all 26.2 miles of the Jungfrau Marathon in Interlaken, Switzerland, to raise awareness for the 1 in 6 who experience infertility. These physicians are working and training to raise funds in conjunction with the Tinina Q. Cade Foundation to sponsor IVF for eligible patients.
Our Physician-Marathoners:
Dr. Ravi Agarwal (RSC Bay Area)
Dr. Kate Devine (SGF in DC)
Dr. Joseph Doyle (SGF in Rockville)
Dr. Alex Quaas (SGF in San Diego)
Dr. Cassie Roeca (SGF Colorado)
Dr. Phillip Romanski (RMA of New York)
The more money we raise, the more patients we can sponsor!
“We often say in our practice that infertility is not a sprint to the finish line, but more like a marathon – with many unexpected twists, turns, and obstacles that pop up along the way,” shares Kate Devine, M.D., Medical Director and Chief Research Officer for US Fertility. “As physicians, we wanted to do something meaningful for our patients, paying homage to the strength and endurance they exude on their infertility journeys. We are humbled by the opportunity to partner with them as their physicians, and we want to help ease the financial burden.”
