Reverie-Teaming Up to Give Back

At Reverie, we believe in giving back.  Every October, all our team members participate in a Reverie Gives Back Day.  We put away our laptops, pens, and notebooks to come together as a team to GIVE BACK to our community. This year, we are thrilled to work with Digs With Dignity, a 501(c)(3) organization that aspires to break the cycle of homelessness by empowering people with dignity. Digs with Dignity partners with Chicago-based social service agencies to identify those in need and utilizes a warehouse of donated and refurbished furniture and home goods to outfit homes. 

Digs with Dignity works with a variety of individuals and families that have suffered from domestic abuse, are veterans, experienced a sudden job loss, or are dealing with extreme health situations. They give those transitioning from homelessness the opportunity to rebuild their lives by creating and installing personalized interior designs furnished with upcycled and donated goods sourced from the Chicago community. They turn a house into a home for the individuals they serve.

This year, DIGS will be celebrating 5 years of helping families get back on their feet that need our support in Chicago.   This October, with your support and a donation, they will be serving their 200th DIGS family.

On Friday, October 18th, the Reverie Team will participate in a Dig Day. Our team will join the Digs With Dignity team to furnish and decorate a home for a deserving family. It is our goal to raise $5000 by October 17th, so we can create a beautiful, cozy home for our DIGS family.
