Therapy for ALL

In BIPOC communities trauma is passed down from generation to generation by recurring events that trigger mental illness. Our mission is to disrupt the cycle of intergenerational trauma that is passed down through family generations in communities of color. 

We created the Therapy for ALL (TFA) program to support communities of color as they embark on the journey towards understanding their mental health needs. TFA provides 15 sessions of no-cost/low-cost therapy to communities of color that are in pain and need a mental health reset. 

Urban Restoration Counseling Center was created to heal the traumas our communities experience, to support mothers raising their children without fathers, to support children whose fathers are in prison, and to support neighborhoods that struggle with the aftermath of the war on drugs. 

We aim to raise $10,000 and need your donation to be the catalyst for change that will expand TFA services and create a legacy of healing for San Diego BIPOC communities.
