Working closely with our employees, I am continually inspired by their drive, resilience, and dedication.  They come ready to work, eager to contribute, and filled with a deep sense of purpose.  Each person I meet has a unique story and unique abilities, and our job at Tommy Nobis Center is to ensure they have every opportunity to thrive.  I am honored to be part of that journey!

One of the most powerful parts of my role is supporting individuals who are part of the AbilityOne Program, a federal initiative that ensures people with disabilities have access to employment on federal contracts.  Through these roles, our employees gain essential job skills, build confidence, and most importantly, experience the pride and independence that comes from meaningful work.  Watching them succeed is a reminder of the life-changing impact that inclusion and opportunity can have - not just on individuals but on our communities.
