Hello Friends & Family,

I am beyond proud to be a part of Fit To Recover's Giving Tuesday! Fit To Recover has become a heartbeat in the Salt Lake Valley recovery community.  Our foundation is built upon fitness, nutrition, creative arts, and service - beyond that, it's a place where individuals can find community, acceptance, personal growth, and a second family who understands.  We have a solution that allows people to rebuild happy, purposeful lives!

FTR has personally been that catalyst for my own recovery.  When I joined the community in 2020 I found the missing piece to my recovery.  I had battled for years to get continuous sobriety and find myself.  I was welcomed with open arms and shown how to find my true self.  The community has not only given me my life back, but shown me a path where I can help others in a meaningful way.

In a world full of uncertainty we provide a safe space for those struggling.  Mental health is at the heart of our well-being, and when it fails, it's all too easy to fall into isolation, depression, and addiction.  FTR provides a way out of the darkness, offering a community where people can feel seen, supported, and valued.  Through shared experiences FTR helps people reconnect with themselves and find a purpose they may have never known was there.

Your support is crucial for us to continue our mission into 2025.  We have a beautiful vision moving forward, and your support will directly help those in need.  Please join me in backing Fit To Recover this Giving Tuesday as we look to strengthen community and provide hope for those in need!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your love and support!
