Give Miami Day is here again, and I am excited to support the YWCA South Florida.  For the past four years I have been a board member and now Board Chair witnessing the profound impact the organization has had on the community focusing on women and their families. Please join me in helping the YWCA South Florida continue to empower women, eliminate racism and promote peace through strengthen our programs.

• $30 can help buy supplies for YWCA’s classrooms. 

• $60 can enable a parent to advocate for themselves in court by helping offset the cost of childcare during court proceedings.

• $90 can provide a life-saving breast and cervical cancer screening.

• $275 can help a woman gain the skills to access and leverage the modern economy through our digital literacy program.

• $500 can provide a female entrepreneur with a scholarship to WE360 to grow her small business.

• $1,000 can provide eight women with advanced diagnostic exams after a lump is detected.

• $2,000 can help move the needle on black maternal health outcomes through supporting local doula businesses.

• $3,000 could help grow YWCA South Florida’s racial equity & social justice community educational programs. 

• $3,000 can expand the number of students served in our early childcare centers.

• $5,000 can provide enriching, multicultural experiences to youth in our afterschool and summer programs.

• $10,000 can fund the growth of YWCA South Florida’s racial equity & social justice community educational programs.
