We always want to inspire our participants to do their best! Therefore, as a reward and incentive for good grades, we provide a treasure chest every report card period filled with the girls favorite items; GPA of 3.5-4.0 select 2 items and GPA 2.5-3.4 select 1 item.
91% of participants had a GPA of 2.5 or higher. 36% had a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
We have provided gift cards, eye lashes, hair gel, scented lotions and body wash, candles, journals, lip gloss, fashion jewelry, etc. We ask the girls what they want and we do our best to provide those items.
On the week after report cards are released each girl has to calculate her GPA for that period and the person with the highest GPA gets to pick first and we continue along until everyone who met the criteria has picked their item(s).
