Scooter’s tiny world has been turned upside down. This 4 year old Chihuahua mix was surrendered by his owner to a rural West Virginia shelter, and while we don’t know why, we do know that Scooter is heartbroken. His once-familiar life is gone, and now he sits, confused and unsure of what he did to deserve this. Scooter deserves a fresh start, a warm lap, and a home that will never let him go. Homeward Trails is working to get Scooter out of the shelter and onto the next transport to safety, but they need your help.
