Snowy is ready for her forever home

We don't know much about Snowy's story. This gorgeous, 2-year-old lab mix was found living on the streets in rural Virginia. He was taken to the rural shelter, but his adoption odds aren't great at a shelter where more dogs are surrendered than adopted.
