Surrendered by his owner to a rural Virginia shelter, Scott now spends his days in a cold, unfamiliar cage, confused and heartbroken. He doesn’t know what he did wrong or why the person he trusted most left him behind. His once-happy eyes now brim with sadness as he watches the shelter staff come and go, hoping and praying that someone will take him home again. The shelter is overcrowded, and Scott’s future grows more uncertain with each passing day.
