Mushu's owner never came for him

One year old Mushu is barely an adult, but this Boston Terrier mix was found fending for himself on the streets. It's possible that Mushu had a home once, making the shelter environment even more scary, sad, and confusing for him. He doesn't understand why the only family he ever knew didn't come for him, and it's heartbreaking. Rural shelters are often overcrowded and underresourced with lower adoption rates, and Mushu could be easily overlooked. Coming to Homeward Trails may be Mushu's only chance at a forever family and indoor home, but we need your support to get him here.
