Adorable Freddy is an 8 week old German Shepherd who was purchased from a backyard breeder in rural VA. Sadly, as quickly as Freddy was brought to his new family, he was turned around and brought to a shelter. Freddy's owners did not check with their landlord to see if they could have a dog, so Freddy was kicked out of the home quickly. Freddy deserves to have a family that is stable and loving.
