Save the CT Religious Exemption: Court Challenge

CT Family Advocates has arranged a brilliant, brave and experienced team who have already been working for months behind the scenes to prepare. 

CT attorney Lindy Urso, and NY attorneys Jim Mermigis and Kevin Barry have agreed to challenge the impending  repeal of the religious exemptions and to take the challenge all the way to the United States Supreme Court if necessary. 

Attorney Urso has his own Federal lawsuit pending against Governor Lamont and his mask edicts. 

Attorneys Barry and Mermigis have multiple actions pending against Governor Cuomo's draconian edicts in neighboring NY, while continuing the challenge to NY's repeal of their religious exemption.
