Sprout for Change!

In 2020, I witnessed Change Today, Change Tomorrow step up to feed their community during a time of need, and their impact inspired me to volunteer my time. Since then, CTCT has become like family, providing invaluable leadership development and support, especially from Taylor, who has encouraged my journey in founding a nonprofit and advancing as a digital organizer. Growing up in a food desert, I've found it deeply meaningful to work alongside CTCT to help end food apartheid in Louisville. Watching the organization grow and empower community members has been inspiring. Recently, my favorite program has been the Youth Advisory Program (YAC), where young people are given the space to lead, be creative, and connect deeply with their community.
