$3,300 goal
The Campus Kitchen at University of Detroit Mercy allows students to apply academic principles to create programs that impact the community while fighting for food justice. CK gives students real opportunities to design and lead their own programs in the community. Without Campus Kitchen, 15,000 pounds of food in Detroit would have been wasted this year. Instead, students partner with community organization to provide the recovered healthy food to low-income youth, seniors and adults. After graduation, CK alumni are more equipped to engaged in their communities and fight for social issues.
With your help, we are able to continue our operations and create new programs.
Every dollar makes a difference! We appreciate all donations!
