Help Alyce and I Finance our Medical Mission Trip

Alyce and I will be joining the Corner of Love organization on a medical mission to Costa Rica this September.  We will be offering medical care, meals, clothing and supplies to Nicaraguan refugees who are seeking asylum from their authoritarian government.  If you want to learn more about the political situation in Nicaragua this article gives a good synopsis.  

The cost of this trip $1650 per volunteer to cover food and lodging. We are fundraising to cover our cost of the trip.  Anything over the $3300 will be donated for additional meals and medical supplies.  Donations are tax deductible and go directly to Corner of Love.

We are also collecting donations of medical supplies to bring with us.  You can access a list of needed supplies here.  They can be dropped of at my office, mailed to me or I can pick up locally.  We are each bringing 2 50-pound suitcases full of supplies. We leave September 21st, 2024. (*as of 5/4/24 we have 3 full suitcases of supplies!)
