Puerto Rico Rheumatology Relief

Help CreakyJoints fundraise for rheumatology patients affected by Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico. 

Help us raise $10,000 by the last day of ACR 2017, Nov. 8th. CreakyJoints will match all donations, up to $5,000!

All donations will go to Puerto Rico rheumatology programs like the ones listed below:

• Create and continue call center for patients and rheumatologist to identify needs
• Supply medications
• Supply medical equipment when necessary
• Provide or find transportation to facilitate patient access
• Provide basic needs to patients who have lost it all
• Create pop-up or mobile clinic to reach patients on remote areas
• Partner with other organizations to provide all of the above more effectively
