Noah Theeman-Lindberg ~ better known in the dance community as "Poppin Agenda" ~ was a loving son, courageous leader, dedicated activist, and talented dancer who passed away in a fire on Christmas Day, 2018.

In 2007, he founded the The Evergreen State College Hip Hop Congress chapter and proved himself an uncompromising defender of his community in the wake of a student uprising at his school in 2008.  He left much for us to learn about through his video series Poppin 4 Tourette's, which shares his unique personal experience incorporating dance as a support mechanism for him to cope with the physical ticks associated with Tourette's Syndrome.

Last June, Noah's vision and determination earned him a full scholarship to attend the Annual Strutters Room Master Camp in San Francisco.  After requesting to interview international Fillmore dance icon Lonnie "PopTart" Green over the phone, PopTart offered instead to fly to Denver on his own dime to give him an exclusive personal interview upon recognizing Noah's authentic character and use of dance to expand social awareness about his neurological condition.

Noah's family and friends were shocked by his unexpected passing at a time he was facilitating a new purpose of uplifting the West Coast history of inner-city black dance culture through The Day Before Hip Hop Tour.   Therefore, we have teamed up with the Tourette's Association of America to raise money that will provide dance scholarships for others coping with Tourette's Syndrome to attend the Annual Strutters Room Master Camp from June 10th-16th in San Francisco, CA.

We are honoring Noah's life on May 25th, two days after his birthday, by inviting the Hip Hop act dead prez, the first group he hosted at Evergreen State College as well as Lonnie "PopTart" Green to share the stage for the  first time for a live benefit concert in Noah's hometown of Denver, CO.

Noah never wanted to be forgotten.  We can think of no better way for his legacy to continue by bringing the artists who believed in him together to support his mission of providing service and support to those who are coping with mental, physical, or learning difficulties.
