Our project for NW Arkansas Gives for 2024 is to raise $10,000 dollars to provide for the Re-entry bags and the 6 Holiday special events.
Re-Entry Bags
Please join us by donating toward our project.Women leave the prison with only the clothes they came in. To help our women know that God loves them and cares about the details of their lives, we give each of them a re-entry bag to address these needs. This re-entry bags often include:
Spiritual Support - a pocket New Testament as well as encouraging notes with Scriptures and prayers are included to meet their deepest need, a relationship with God.
Hygiene Prodcuts - items such as deodorant, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and soap are given to the women so that they do not have to worry about basic hygiene needs.
Cosmetic Products - lotion, makeup and hair accessories enable the women to feel good about themselves as well as look professional for their job search.
Seasonal Care Items - scarves, hats, gloves, lip balm and lotion - whether it is protection from the cold or lip balm to protect from the wind, we make sure each woman is ready as the re-enter to outside.
