Something incredible has happened in animal shelters across the United States during these unprecedented times. Thousands of once homeless animals found their way from shelters to couches in a matter of days amid the country's Covid-19 pandemic. Families across America opened their homes to foster and adopt shelter dogs and cats!
This is something that should be celebrated! Many of you may be new to fostering or adopting and we can’t thank you enough for helping us to save lives!
Join us on April 18th for the National House Pawty! There will be celebrities from the Hallmark Channel and Netflix, professional athletes, trivia, live music and Jon Dunn from Best Friends Animal Society hosting a few interactive fun activities! There will also be a few surprises...
To further support the Center for Pets, we are also looking for fundraising partners. As a partner, you will be raising lifesaving dollars for the Lynchburg Humane Society. We are asking each partner to raise $250 by asking your friends and families to help meet your goal. Our work saving animals does not stop. These dollars will go directly to the pets of the Lynchburg Humane Society and will provide them VITAL financial help during this crisis.
