The Frank Navarro Memorial Scholarship remembers beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend to many and lifelong resident of San Bernardino.
Frank was a graduate of San Gorgonio High School. Through his pride and love for the place where generations of his family lived, he enjoyed giving back to his very own community.
Frank displayed this generosity by providing monetary donations, contributing to toy drives for Christmas and collecting turkeys for Thanksgiving. These gifts for years would be given to Mary Mercy's Center of San Bernardino.
Frank taught his children and those around him the gift of generosity not for acknowledgment but for the sake of making life equal for all of us. Frank's loved ones are so happy to continue his legacy by giving scholarships to students of San Bernardino in his honor.
