Dear Friends,

Every year our amazing team at Heart & Soul provides nearly 50% more peer led services than our county contracts fund. We do this because the need is so great and the model works.

Please take a moment to view our staff and peer highlights and consider giving a personally meaningful gift to ensure we continue providing these critically important services.

Fortunately, with your help, we've done our job to equip our community with a variety of online check-in and wellness activities including:

  • Total Wellness Club
  • Mindful Movement classes
  • 24/7 Peer Warm Line
  • Courageous Community Conversations on Race and Allyship

At the same time, we have continued to deliver our pioneering HOPE program, which helps those emerging from long-term inpatient psychiatric care to successfully reintegrate into the community.

We’ve continued our Seeing Through Stigma campaign, which breaks down stereotypes and misconceptions through speaker panels with lived experience of mental health challenges, who share openly about their struggles, overcoming obstacles, and the arc of their recovery journeys. Now through Zoom, Seeing Through Stigma brings this profound experience to first responders, other caregivers, and community groups.

Together, we are working toward a world of acceptance, inclusion, and dignity for those striving toward self-defined mental wellness.

If our mission and the work we do speak to you, we need your financial contribution.  Now more than ever, your support is incredibly important and greatly appreciated. Your donation will ensure that we can continue to provide critical services to the Mental Health Community.

With your generosity, we can continue to be there for those in need.

Become a Heart and Soul donor for a reason, a season, or a lifetime!

Warm Regards.
