Help Georgia's most vulnerable children by supporting Murphy-Harpst through #GivingTuesday! The United Methodist Men of Due West United Methodist Church will be matching all gifts up to $11,000! That means the impact your gift makes is DOUBLED for the children in our care. Here are some amazing ways your generous gifts could be used!
- $5 becomes $10 = 1 set of earbuds for virtual learning
- $10 becomes $20 = 20 composition notebooks for our Creative Writing Therapy Group
- $25 becomes $50 = 13 sticks of deodorant for our teens (we use a lot of deodorant!)
- $50 becomes $100 = 2 months feed for 1 of our 10 horses in our Animal-Assisted Therapy program
Our Mission is critical as we provide safe, stable, and healthy home environments for hundreds of children a year. Your gifts on #GivingTuesday ensure that the children in our care will receive the excellent services and therapeutic treatment they deserve. We have seen overwhelming generosity from our donors in good times and tough times, and we appreciate the support we have received this year. Thank you for being a part of this historic movement and supporting Murphy-Harpst through #GivingTuesday!
Murphy-Harpst is an independent not-for-profit organization committed to meeting the needs of abused and neglected young people through residential treatment, placements in specialized foster care, and community programs that serve at-risk youth and their families. In partnership with the United Women in Faith national office, our services are available to all children regardless of sex, race, color, or creed, and whose needs can be addressed and treated within the scope of program services.
