Inflation Hurts Some of Us More-Fight Hunger

   We all feel the impact of inflation.   As more families struggle to pay the bills, put gas in the car, and cook healthy meals, food pantries like My Friends House stretch to provide more assistance.

   Food insecurity is a urgent challenge for many communities.   This is seen before the COVID-19 pandemic, during the pandemic, and continues as the pandemic lessens.  

   We need your help to operation our Free Weekly Food Pantry, our Nurse Screening Program, our Healthy Cooking Program, and other projects to improve nutrition and wellness in Los Angeles.
