Revolutionizing mobility to combat social isolation, foster community, and create a lasting impact.

MENTAL HEALTH DOESN’T STOP,

SO WHY SHOULD WE?

In the pursuit of inclusivity and empowerment, Limitless Cycling will no longer just be pedaling, but will be rolling its way into a transformative 12-month program. This evolution involves not only adaptive bicycles but a groundbreaking addition - the Action Trackchair.

Limitless Cycling began with a simple mission: to make cycling accessible to everyone. The introduction of adaptive bicycles marked a crucial step in ensuring that individuals of all abilities could experience the joy and health benefits of cycling. These specialized bikes opened new avenues for inclusivity, breaking down barriers for seniors, veterans, and those with mobility challenges.

The heart of Limitless Cycling lies in its adaptive bicycles. These specially designed bikes cater to diverse needs, providing a comfortable and secure ride for individuals with varying abilities. From seniors seeking a low-impact exercise to veterans recovering from injuries, these adaptive bicycles have become a symbol of empowerment, promoting physical activity and well-being.

Taking inclusivity to the next level, Limitless Cycling introduces the Action Trackchair to its program. This groundbreaking addition is not just a chair; it's a powerful mobility device designed for all terrains and more importantly – All seasons. The Action Trackchair extends the cycling program's reach to individuals with more significant mobility challenges, ensuring that everyone can participate in the joy of outdoor activities.

Limitless Cycling's evolution into a 12-month program signifies a commitment to sustained impact. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in outdoor activities throughout the year, fostering long-term physical and mental well-being. The program addresses economic disparities by offering a consistent means of adaptive transportation, particularly beneficial for seniors and veterans, enhancing their independence and community integration.

Data collected from the program underscores its positive effects and its need for year-round engagement. Participants show improvements in physical health, mental well-being, and community engagement. Success stories highlight the transformative impact of Limitless Cycling, emphasizing the importance of adaptive bicycles and the Action Trackchair in creating a more inclusive and accessible environment.

Limitless Cycling's journey from adaptive bicycles to the innovative inclusion of the Action Trackchair is a testament to its unwavering commitment to inclusivity. The 12-month program, with its tailored approach and groundbreaking additions, propels the initiative towards a future where enjoying the outdoors is truly limitless. As we roll forward, Limitless Cycling stands as a beacon of empowerment, proving that with adaptability and innovation, everyone can enjoy the freedom of the open road and trails.

This fundraiser helps accelerate our vision of creating equity for all that love cycling. Your donation will advance our mission to bring adaptive bicycles to seniors, veterans, and the less-abled to provide social interaction, movement, and promote the love of the outdoors within our community. This is a mobile model that brings adaptive bicycles to various senior living facilities, community centers, youth clubs, and trails in and around the St. Croix River Valley. Your tax-deductible donation to River Valley Trails, our fiscal sponsor, will go directly to the Limitless Cycling account they oversee for us. As a non-profit service funded solely by grants and donations, Limitless Cycling is run by volunteers from the surrounding area so every dollar donated counts!

The partnership between Limitless Cycling and River Valley Trails will increase the opportunities for all through improved infrastructure, education, and equipment that will strengthen both organizations commitments to our cycling community.

Limitless Cycling acknowledges the diversity of our community as we promote the principles of inclusion by creating equity with our adaptive bicycles so that all may enjoy the outdoors and the beauty of the St Croix River Valley.

River Valley Trails, Inc. is a charitable non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation that endeavors to support the development of interconnected bicycle/pedestrian trails and routes throughout the St. Croix River Valley of Western Wisconsin (St. Croix Co) while providing safety and educational opportunities by promoting connectivity among all aspects of bicycling.

Cofounders of Limitless Cycling: Matthew (Right) & Tawnya (Left) Stepaniak. That beer drinking fun loving woman in the middle... That's my Mom - The "Boss". A Superwoman. My everything and the reason we started the nonprofit Limitless Cycling. She has been living with us since she suffered a stroke in 2018 and unfortunately experiencing the joys of biking independently isn’t a reality anymore. As avid outdoor enthusiasts and cyclists all of our lives, we decided to accept this challenge and solve how we could make it a reality not only for her, but for others as well.

Cofounders of Limitless Cycling: Darren (Bottom) and Oie (Top) Dobier - Owners/Operators of DIRO Outdoors. DIRO’s mission is to get people outside and experience the benefits of Mother Nature. They've been looking for a way to provide outdoor experiences to disabled individuals. When they learned how others were using adaptive bikes to enhance communities, they knew they had to bring this to the St. Croix Valley.

Our bikes are from Van Raam which produces uniquely special needs bicycles for people with a disability and specializes in tricycles, scooter bikes, wheelchair bikes, tandem bikes, double rider bikes, and low step through bikes. Van Raam has been producing bicycles for almost 110 years, and for more than 35 years with a focus on special needs bikes mainly for adults and children with disabilities and who are looking for more safety and stability when riding a bike. As a manufacturer of adapted bicycles, their aim is to offer as many people as possible sustainable and contemporary mobility. They do this for people with disabilities, but also for people who can no longer ride a traditional bicycle or no longer dare to cycle. They believe that people with disabilities will be happier if they can be mobile and independent for longer.

Any and all support is greatly appreciated. Thank you for being a part of our community and our story.

We’re just excited to get to work - "Let's all cycle!"

Sincerely,
