In Loving Memory of Tim Blackburn

In 2009 our lives took an unexpected turn when my husband Tim was diagnosed with Melanoma.

Tim, a man of strength and an unwavering work ethic faced Melanoma  head on. Regardless of his strength Melanoma claimed his life in 2010 at the age of 49 leaving a void in our family.

Tim was a dedicated father to our 3 sons. Today we remember a man that worked hard to provide for his family   even while going through treatment for Melanoma. He should be here today to witness the joy of our 3 grandsons.

In honor of Tim’s memory and countless others affected by Melanoma. I have chosen to support the Melanoma Research Foundation (MRF). The organization is at the forefront of the battle against Melanoma, working to fund research, raise awareness and to support patients and their families.

Melanoma affects individuals regardless of their strength or resilience. Through my fundraising efforts, I hope to contribute to MRF’s mission and make a meaningful impact in the fight against this aggressive form of cancer. I’d like to honor Tim’s legacy by supporting MRF in their effort to save lives.
