John and Rose Ekowom grew up only 8 miles from the Bread of Life base in Turkana, Kenya. John was a member of BOL's inaugural discipleship program in Turkana. John and Rose moved to where Bread of Life Mission set up our base and served as pastors of our first church. The Ekowoms have 4 children (2 boys and 2 girls). John currently serves as the pastor of our newest church while Rose serves as a leader in our initial church as well as in women's ministry.
