Jasmine Nguyen - Stark Naked

Why and what: Being a competitive athlete my whole life and never having personal goals of physical attributes, I’ve faced numerous challenges in my coaching career. As a coach who works with individuals that have body composition goals, I want to fully immerse myself in my students shoes so I can better understand the struggles and successes they experience throughout their fitness journey. I believe this competition will be an invaluable experience for me as a coach so I can continue to help transcend my students goals.

With all that being said, I want to recognize the charity Child Guidance Center. It’s a charity that specializes in supporting children’s mental health. This diverse organization utilizes their professional services to empower children, youth and families no matter where the come from. Mental health has always been a big part of my journey and want to use my platform in hopes of spreading awareness to the mental health community.
