Children and Youth in foster care need what every child needs, a nurturing family, a safe place to call home, and the opportunity to fulfill their potential.  Since 1989, Florida Foster Care Review has engaged community volunteers to advance the safety, stability and success of children in foster care by connecting them to essential services, supportive relationships and permanent families.  During the past 8 years, I have  personally volunteered 920 hours, served 650 youth, reviewed 480 cases, and made a tremendous impact for many Kids & Youth.
