Our work in supporting leaders to advance equity is needed more than ever. Last year’s giving campaign made it possible for us to publish Crises as a Catalyst: A Call for Race Equity & Inclusive Leadership, host a series of webinars on supporting your team during the pandemic, and adapt our facilitation and training work to virtual environments.
This year, our goal is to raise $70,000 to support our work in 2021. ProInspire’s Board of Directors is matching the first $35,000 in donations to help us reach our goal. Your support will help us to:
Improve Internal Capacity: We plan to hire additional staff to support the growth of our work and increase focus on communications.
Expand Support of Senior Leaders of Color: Last month, we launched Catalyst Collective: A Community for Executives of Color hosted by ProInspire. We would like to build on this model because we believe investing in the leadership of people of color is one of the most meaningful ways to support deep systemic changes that create and sustain equitable outcomes.
Increase our Reach: In 2021, we plan to publish Leadership Practices for Race Equity Impact and would like to build on this research with additional tools, communication activities, and program offerings.

370 people impacted across 8 organizations that we worked with through customized engagements around racial equity, leadership, and equitable management
80 people across 18 organizations that participated in our cohorts for board/staff teams to advance race equity
20 leaders we brought together for our inaugural cohort of Catalyst Collective: A Community for Executives of Color hosted by ProInspire
2 major projects completed, with Equity in the Center expanding as its own independent 501(c)3 organization and the ProInspire Fellowship in Digital Finance completing its work to support federal agencies around financial inclusion

2020 helped us go deeper in our research around Leadership Practices for Race Equity Impact that we have been working on over the past few years.
