Sophia is confused to be stuck in a shelter

Sophia is a 4 year old poodle mix who was living in southern Virginia with her owner. But she wouldn't stop chasing the outdoor cats on the property. Sophia's owner was worried she would hurt the cats and decided she had to find Sophia a new home. We know she'd be quickly adopted here, but we need your help to cover the costs of vetting and transporting her.
