Smokey needs a forever home

Smokey is 2-3 years old and was found as a stray. We don't know much about his story, but whatever challenges he has faced haven't dimmed his joy. He is a very friendly guy who gets along well with other dogs. We know he would truly thrive if he could get out of the rural Virginia shelter where he has been staying and find a loving home.
