Little Casper was found by a good Samaritan in rural Virginia and taken to a local vet for help. He was less than 2 pounds and the bot fly larvae was clearly evident under the skin of his back leg. The good Samaritan was unable to keep him and so the vet office reached out to the local humane society. They in turn, reached out to Homeward Trails as their fosters are completely full. Casper would be very grateful to have his transportation and vetting sponsored so he can have a second chance!
