We are an incubator for Black‑led organizations building, maintaining, and wielding power for social change in their communities.

Traditional fiscal sponsorship often results in lost investments.

As philanthropy is taking notice of the transformative change Black-led organizations are creating, their support is often passed through fiscal sponsors who are neither from the communities served, nor educated about the needs of the organizations in those communities. And, the exorbitant fees they collect result in lost investments for communities in dire need of these resources.

Black-led organizations need to be connected to opportunities and infrastructure that support their transformative work, while connecting with each other to advance and sustain their healing. Nafasi Fund is fully committed to helping our partners grow independent (if they desire). We support our partners with all of the resources at our disposal to ensure the success of their initiatives.
