About Women Helping Women -- Founded in 1973, Women Helping Women (WHW) prevents gender-based violence and empowers all survivors. WHW provides evidence-based prevention and expert crisis intervention and support services for survivors of dating violence, sexual violence, domestic violence and stalking in Hamilton, Butler, Brown and Adams Counties. WHW operates from a public health framework that is survivor centric and promotes equity as core operating values.
Our Survivor Equity Fund allows us to meet survivors where they are. From assistance with transportation in the form of Lyft/Uber rides or bus passes, to hygiene items, and assistance with having the locks changed, the Survivor Equity Fund helps fill the gaps where federal grant funds cannot.
100% of your donation goes to outreach materials that assist us in reaching more survivors in our 4-county service region, or directly to the Survivor Equity Fund.
