The Lebanon Mountain Trail - 470 Km in 9 weekends

I will be hiking between November 6th and Jan 11th with the LMTA's Virtual Hike, in support of the association. 

I will be sharing photos and stories of my hikes on this page and my social media accounts and I encourage you to follow me and support my campaign!

HOW CAN YOU SUPPORT MY CAMPAIGN:

• Follow my fundraising page and my social media accounts and get all my hiking updates and stories. 
• You can pledge to donate a certain amount ($10, $20, etc.) for each kilometer that I hike. 
• Donate directly to my campaign on my fundraising page. Every donation counts!

WHY SUPPORT THE LMTA:

While the COVID-19 pandemic and all ensuing travel restrictions and safety measures have managed to distance us physically from each other and kept us from hiking together, the LMTA invites you to hike with us VIRTUALLY from anywhere in the world for the duration of one week on November 5th to November 22nd. 

By taking part in this initiative, you will contribute to supporting the LMTA’s efforts, notably:

• Our mission to preserve and maintain the Lebanon Mountain Trail, a 470 km corridor which links 75 villages from the north to the south of Lebanon, representing a symbol of unity for the people of Lebanon
• Our commitment to supporting livelihoods and economic development of all communities surrounding the trail, by helping them to create guesthouses, training local guides and supporting micro-entrepreneurs and hospitality providers
• Our mission to raise awareness about environment protection among local communities and providing environmental education to the youth and schools in  rural areas
