Disabled Photographers of the Planet (DPOP)

Disabled Photographers of the Planet (DPOP) is attempting to unite disabled photographers around the world and share their stories, websites, photos, etc. We hope to encourage the connecting of members. Once united we will do all we can to promote the activities, services, and photographs of all of our members. 

We welcome professionals and amateurs, those with web pages and those without. If you find yourself in a wheelchair and in a bit of a funk, please consider photography and joining us. We hope to be an inspiration.

From a member, "...a place to showcase the work of our members and bring awareness to our stories as photographers who shoot despite our limitations. And it could be a resource for disabled photographers to find support and information on adaptations, gear, coping, etc. I also could see it as a place where like minded people living in the same area/region/city could find each other and either meet up or share info on places to go that are wheelchair friendly and great places to shoot."

The more we observe the work of photographers from other countries, the more human they become.
