Through my work at Tommy Nobis Center, I have seen first-hand how the pandemic affected people with disabilities across our community.  As our nation's economy attempts to find stability, businesses are reaching out to the disabled community in search of a stable workforce.   Now more than ever, TNC's EYES program is gearing up to meet the the challenge and needs of our business communities.  This year's funds are again focused on TNC's EYES program, providing early training to students to prepare them for their future careers.  Just think of what we can accomplish together when we give:

- $50 provides classroom supplies for students with disabilities.

- $100 creates community engagement opportunities with potential employers through student tours to local businesses.

- $250 equips students with job readiness skills through classroom-based sessions on resume building, interviewing, and dressing for success.

- $500 creates on-the-job, paid training opportunities for students in our EYES or Academy programs.

- $1,000 helps provide five students with one week of summer camp.

At Tommy Nobis Center, we are committed to ensuring people with disabilities are afforded the opportunity to work. Currently, we are providing jobs in 23 states and growing! That is why I am supporting Tommy Nobis Center for GA Gives on Giving Tuesday.  If you're inspired or able to help (remember...no amount is too small or too large), please click the link to my fundraising page and donate today.
