Help us Help Blaze

In life there are moments of excitement that turn into knocking your breath out. That's just what happened to a family who purchased a puppy and were told the puppy's innocent heart murmur would disappear with age.  The first visit to the owner's personal veterinarian gave them information that was a shock.  The murmur was NOT INNOCENT and Blaze needed an echocardiogram for further diagnosis. The cardiologist's report was not good. Blaze now just over three months of age will need PDA surgery to save his life.  This lifesaving surgery will cost over $6000. Blaze's owner can't afford this surgery and asked for our help. Now we need your help to help Blaze. We are raising money to fund his PDA surgery and to keep him with his family. Blaze will be going to Columbus, OH for a confirming echocardiogram and then will be scheduled for surgery with Dr. Nguyenba. We know times are tough but we could use your help to help Blaze.
