Join Abby in Supporting Momentum

I'm looking for 10 friends or family to give $10 or more to help me raise funds for Momentum's Pediatric Early Intervention Programs. This support will help Momentum expand as well as purchase needed therapy equipment and tools.

Momentum (previously Pediatric Therapy Network) supports children and adults with disabilities and medical conditions.  They are raising funds for Early Intervention Programs- Leaps and Bounds. 

Leaps and Bounds- I've seen first-hand through my little cousins how this program truly makes a difference in the lives of children with disabilities and their families.

This is a center-based early intervention program that combines educational and therapeutic approaches to nurture children’s overall growth and development in preparation for preschool and community-based programs.
