My name is Zakia Holland and I am the Director of Youth Enrichment here at Play Cousins Collective. I became a Play Cousin in search of community when I had my daughter. As I was embarking on my new motherhood journey,I was embraced with open arms. One thing that is vital to me in my personal life is passing down ancestral knowledge to the next generation. Play cousins has helped me become the person I needed when I was younger. I am dedicated to amplifying the love, creativity, and power we hold in this community starting with the children.
