Hi, I’m Coach T (TR Laughlin). For several years, I’ve had the privilege of helping others overcome challenges and achieve financial success. Having been guided by incredible mentors throughout my life, I’m passionate about giving back and empowering individuals to create lasting change in their lives, just as I was helped.

Every dollar given today helps provide the support, education, and accountability needed to build financial confidence, eliminate debt, and create lasting financial freedom.

This year, I have already provided financial education for 222 families and am currently working with 10 families in year-long coaching. Right now, 12 young adults are on my waitlist, eager to start their journey toward financial stability.
