Claire Could Really Use Some Help!

Sweet Claire is such a young and fun girl. At only 2 years old, this precious lab mix has her whole life ahead of her! Unfortunately, Claire was found as stray in rural VA. She did her best to avoid threats, starvation and dehydration and was able to stay alive. Thankfully, she was brought into a rural shelter before she succumbed to any dangers. The shelter staff figured that this happy girl's owners would come looking for her in no time, but days turned to weeks and no one has come forward to claim sweet Claire. Sadly, Claire is at risk of becoming another homeless dog that grows old in the shelter. Homeward Trails took one look at Claire's picture though and knew that she needed to get on the next ride out of the shelter. The only thing standing in her way is that her rescue fees have to be funded first. Please don't let this pretty girl spend one more night alone and sponsor her before it is too late!
