The Chapman Estate Foundation is a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization dedicated to preserving and caring for the historic Chapman Estate—a stunning blufftop Tudor residence and garden oasis in Pismo Beach, California. Our mission is to maintain the property as a hub for community events, cultural experiences, and public access to its breathtaking coastal vistas and extraordinary gardens.

Among the Estate’s many treasures is a superb collection of rare tuberous begonias—one of the finest and most colorful displays of its kind. These gardens, along with the iconic architecture and serene koi pond, offer a truly unique experience for all who visit.
