Breaking Generational Curses

Strengthening Transformations advocates, mentors, and educates women and girls through workshops and community partnerships.  We believe that empowerment is the key to breaking generational curses and strengthening foundations.

We are back for our second year participating in #Give828 and are asking for your support to reach our increased goal of $5000! The money we raise will be put towards the formation of workshops and programs for our women and girls in the upcoming 2021- 2022 year:

Patricia's Hearts To Heal Trauma Recovery Retreat 

- a retreat to help young black women and girls who have suffered traumatic loss, reinvent themselves as ladies that exude faith, strength, and prosperity. We want to encourage healing in our Black women and girls from circumstances they had no control over.

Kristara's Day 

- Encourage the community to recognize substance abuse issues, and advocacy increase for single POC mothers struggling with addiction. Also provide awards to people already advocating for these women, and inspiring others in the community to follow suit. 

"It Ends And Begins with Me" Scholarship

- Providing financial help to our community high school senior, young ladies of color. Helping furthering their studies in cosmetology or barber school, skill certification program, and/or business certification program. 

Friendship Fest 

- an annual signature event created to build up the community, boost the confidence in the children and families of the community, encourage healthy living and friendships. Providing access to community resources and personal resources.
