Caitlin Lowe - JCK Foundation - 2024 NYC Marathon

Hi friends! I'm back for another round of the NYC Marathon because I simply can't get enough. Since I was fortunate enough to get an entry this year, I decided I would try to support the charity that means so much to me and continues to impress me every day. 

As you may know, the JCK Foundation is a mental health organization that works in schools and communities to improve mental health and wellness among young people. Having known about the JCK Foundation for just over a year, I've had the absolute honor of seeing how much time, energy, and love goes in to their programming, and the impact they've had on students by sharing their own journeys.

I know that their vulnerability and kindness are making mental health less scary to talk about, and have no doubt they are changing the lives of these kids (and adults). Your support allows these life changing conversations to continue to reach those in need and teach others how to support their friends, classmates, family, and loved ones who might be struggling.
